Terms of Use

Pumpkin Platform Terms of Use Effective Date: [01.03.2025]

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Pumpkin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, you should not use the platform.

2. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content you create, share, or promote on Pumpkin. This includes:

  1. Following all applicable laws and respecting the rights of others.

  2. Avoiding harmful or illegal content, such as: • Threats to human or animal life. • Violence, abuse, or promotion of illegal activities.

You are accountable for any consequences resulting from your actions or content.

3. Content Moderation

Pumpkin reserves the right to remove content from the platform that violates these Terms. This includes:

  1. Harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

  2. Content flagged by the community or found to breach the rules.

Content removed from Pumpkin will no longer be visible to users but may still exist outside of the platform.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not create or share content that:

  1. Promotes harm, violence, or illegal activities.

  2. Violates the rights of others, such as intellectual property or privacy.

If flagged or reviewed, prohibited content will be removed from the platform.

5. Risks and Limitations

Using Pumpkin involves certain risks, including:

  1. Financial Risks: Tokens may lose value or fluctuate significantly.

  2. Legal Risks: You are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with local laws.

  3. Usage Risks: Improper use of the platform may lead to content removal or loss of privileges.

Pumpkin is not liable for any financial, legal, or technical issues that may arise.

6. Age & Content Disclaimer

By using Pumpkin, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree to the platform’s terms of use.

Pumpkin allows user-generated tokens, some of which may contain mature content. While we provide filtering tools, we cannot guarantee that all NSFW content is fully restricted. The user is responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to access this platform and for their own experience.

7. Updates and Changes

These Terms may be updated, and continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.

8. Final Agreement

By using Pumpkin, you agree to these Terms and take full responsibility for your content and actions. Content that violates these rules will be removed from the platform to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
